Established in 2022 in memory of Professor of English Michael Tratner by his family. Tratner advocated for treating all staff as important members of the ±©·ç×ÊÔ´ community. Sponsored the President's Office. 

Given to staff members who step up in a special way to serve their departments or the Bryn Mawr community more broadly. Sponsored by the President's Office and Senior Staff.

Every summer, staff gather for a picnic to celebrate the end of the academic year and honor their colleagues' achievements. Service awards are given to recognize individuals with five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of employment with the College. Sponsored by Human Resources.
